1.
Diploma atau Sarjana Teknik Elektro, Mesin, Teknik Fasilitas, atau bidang teknik terkait.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Engineering or a related technical discipline.
2.
Minimal 5–7 tahun pengalaman operasional data center mission-critical, termasuk 2–3 tahun sebagai supervisor atau team lead.At least 5–7 years of mission-critical data center operations experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
3.
Pengetahuan kerja yang kuat tentang infrastruktur kritis kelistrikan: UPS, genset, switchgear, dan distribusi daya.Strong working knowledge of critical electrical infrastructure: UPS, generators, switchgear and power distribution.

Pengetahuan kerja yang kuat tentang infrastruktur kritis mekanikal: HVAC, chiller, pompa, CDU, dan sistem pendinginan cair.Strong working knowledge of critical mechanical infrastructure: HVAC, chillers, pumps, CDUs and liquid-cooling systems.

Berpengalaman mengelola operasional L1/L2 24×7, insiden, pemeliharaan preventif dan korektif, vendor, serta eskalasi teknis.Experience managing 24×7 L1/L2 operations, incidents, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendors and technical escalations.
6.
Pemahaman yang baik tentang SOP/MOP/EOP, LOTO, Permit-to-Work, manajemen perubahan, RCA, dan praktik ITIL.Good knowledge of SOP/MOP/EOP, LOTO, Permit-to-Work, change management, RCA and ITIL practices.
7.
Pemahaman yang baik tentang pemantauan BMS/DCIM, redundansi, dan tanggap darurat.Good knowledge of BMS/DCIM monitoring, redundancy and emergency response.
8.
Pengalaman di data center AI/HPC atau GPU berdensitas tinggi dan pendinginan cair direct-to-chip menjadi nilai tambah.Experience with high-density AI/HPC or GPU data centers and direct-to-chip liquid cooling is preferred.
9.
Kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan operasional yang kuat.Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and operational decision-making skills.
